Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Products must be in original condition: unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • A copy of your order confirmation or receipt is required

Note: For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used smoking accessories (bongs, chillums, dab rigs)
  • Opened cleaning products (bong cleaners, cleansers)
  • Personal use items (grinders, clipper lighters)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Refund Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size, color, or product):
